Refund Policy – Maths Minutes Pte Ltd.

At Maths Minutes Pte Ltd., we are committed to providing quality tuition and enrichment services. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Course Fees

• All course fees must be paid in full before the start of the first lesson, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Fees paid are non-transferable between students.

2. Withdrawal Before Course Commencement

• A full refund of fees (excluding registration and administrative charges, if any) will be provided if written notice of withdrawal is received at least 7 days before the first scheduled lesson.

• If notice is given less than 7 days before the first scheduled lesson, 50% of the course fees will be refunded.

3. Withdrawal After Course Commencement

• Once a course has started, no refund will be granted for lessons not attended or for early withdrawal.

• In cases of prolonged medical conditions (supported by a doctor’s certificate), the company may, at its discretion, offer:

  • Credit lessons to be used within 6 months, or

  • A partial refund after deducting fees for lessons already conducted.

4. Class Cancellations by Maths Minutes Pte Ltd.

• If Maths Minutes Pte Ltd. cancels a course or class permanently, students will receive a full refund of unutilized fees.

• For rescheduled classes, no refund will be issued if an alternative date/time is offered.

5. Trial Lessons

• Fees for trial lessons are non-refundable, unless the class is cancelled by Maths Minutes Pte Ltd.

6. Online Payment Refunds

• For payments made online, approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 working days.

• Any bank or transaction charges incurred during refund will be borne by the student/parent.

7. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees (if applicable) are strictly non-refundable:

• Registration fees

• Material fees

• Administrative charges

8. Discretionary Considerations

All refund requests must be made in writing to the Administration Office. Maths Minutes Pte Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund matters.
